We lead you from being stuck, where things often look worrisome and limited, into the realm of possibility. And we do this with specific action steps that we create together.
You will find that unanticipated resolutions will spring from inspired thinking. That’s the core of the work our clients do.
You set the agenda for what you’re looking to shift, the issues that seem intractable.
We will look at the rational and emotional components of what you want to solve.

How We Work
We work with you in a one-on-one setting, either on the phone, Skype or in person. Each session is one hour and we generally meet every week.
Each week you will be asked to respond to "assignments" (like "homework", but for adults). Assignments include specific activities with deadlines and accountability designed to:
This will allow you to use what you have learned in one session and create a bridge to the next one.
The number of sessions varies with each individual and generally most people find they can achieve the results they desire with ten sessions.
Prices are based on an hourly rate and a package of ten sessions. If a client buys a package of ten sessions, the per session rate is significantly reduced.
